Shipping & Returns

Our goal is to offer you the fastest shipping service available, to achieve this we use a combination of Australia Post, Fastway Couriers and Couriers Please.

We charge a flat rate shipping Fee of $12 per order for regular parcel post. If you require Express Shipping please contact us for a price. 

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time is 3-10 business days and includes; Order verification, personalisation, artwork approval, printing, quality check and packaging. We aim to produce your wooden prints in the fastest time possible but during peak months (January, April-May, July-August & November-December) Processing times will be closer to 10 days.
  • Shipping time is usually between 1-7 business days depending on your location: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our production studio to the destination.

If you require your order in a hurry and do not wish to wait up to 3 weeks please contact us prior to purchasing so we can evaluate our current workload and give a more accurate timeframe and hopefully accommodate your deadline.

Returns

Due to the nature of our items being personalised we do not offer refunds for change of mind. If you request a refund before your items are printed and sent we will refund the total amount minus 10% artwork and administration fee.

We will gladly and apologetically replace and items that may suffer from damage in transit. If your item arrives damaged please;

  • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the damaged delivery
  • Do not discard the outer packaging as we require photos of both the damaged item and packaging to make a claim upon the couriers.
  • Email us as soon as possible – sending through images of the damaged packaging and product.
  • Upon receiving images we will immediately re-print and send out replacement for the damaged item
